Describe your approach to a case.

My approach differs according to the case and the goals of the client. Most of my cases are solved out of court. That said, when going to trial promises the best results for my client, we get more aggressive and I do enjoy being in the courtroom.

Describe your strengths as it pertains to your Practice Area.

I tend to be a very calm person and I believe that is part of the reason I often arrive at creative solutions to my clients’ issues. I can look at a case from many angles and see solutions and opportunities where others can’t. I also enjoy writing and have found that when posing a solution through a written document, the quality and clarity of the writing really helps.

Do you speak any other languages?

After I graduated from Fullerton I worked as a waiter and a bartender with the intention of traveling the world. In those six years, I visited thirty-five countries. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about people, which has helped me immensely with practicing law. But to answer the question, I know a few phrases in five or six languages, but I don’t consider myself fluent in anything but English.

What do you do on the weekends, time off, leisure time?

I still enjoy traveling, but I don’t do it as extensively as I have in the past. I love meeting new people, especially those from other cultures, and I also like to hike, scuba dive and spend time with family and friends.
