Since 1983, Ms. West has been a sole practitioner attorney in central Orange County with a general civil practice specializing in Estate Planning, Tax, Elder Law, Family Law (cross-over issues) Probate, Conservatorships and Guardianships and litigation in these areas.
Ms. West acts as a special master as appointed by the judges of the Orange County Superior Court. Further, she has been designated and has testified as an expert witness in her areas of expertise. She also conducts seminars on estate, family law and benefits planning for the Orange County Bar and other civic and legal groups.
Ms. West is the previous Chairman of the Board of the American Heart Association, Orange County Division; Past Chair of Subcommittee on Planned Giving; Past Member of Development Committee, American Heart Association, National Center, Dallas, Texas. She is also a Member of Planned Giving Subcommittee and Development Committee, Western States Affiliate of the Heart Association. In addition, she was the Past Chairperson of the Community Organization Committee, and past Member of the Planned Giving Committee and Development Committees for the American Heart Association, Orange County Division.
